Marc Burris will be walking you through how to make your first batch of mead from ingredients to process and equipment. There will be mead kits available for purchase after the class.
Beer Off Flavors Class: 1:30pm -3pm (Tavern Room - across from homebrew shop)
Our General Manager and resident Certified Cicerone®, Cat Pearce will be leading an Off Flavors class related to common flaws found in beer. Join us to learn how to detect and avoid off flavors in finished beer! ***This event is 21+. Please bring your ID***
Hot Sauce and Pickling Class: 3:30pm - 4:30pm (Homebrew Shop)
Our very own Keith Whitford will be teaching a hands on class about fermented pickled daikon and cabbage! The price of this class includes the class in addition to the ingredients and fermentation vessel to take home your own pickled creation. Don't forget to stay and hear about how to make fermented hot sauce!
