Grain Ordering Instructions

Provides a light to medium warm brown color to the mash. Biscuit malt is used to improve the roasted flavor and aroma that characterizes ales and lagers. Additionally Biscuit malt adds a very pronounced toasty finish in the beer and a bread and biscuit like aroma and flavor.
