Cobbled Together Peach Saison (Saison Extract Kit)

One of the first pilot batches brewed at Raleigh Brewing Company was a fruity pale ale. For this year's National Big Brew, we decided to turn back the clock a few years and revisit this recipe while also honoring RBC's best-selling Belgian Blonde, Hell Yes Ma'am. This Saison mixes traditional malts and the classic Belle Saison yeast strain with more modern hops from New Zealand, and some oats to throw some trendy haze your way. Add the peach puree 1 week in to fermentation for an added twist.
