Crude Bitters & Sodas Apple and Spice Shrub

These shrubs are a traditional blend of sugar, vinegar, and fruit to make sodas. Simply mix ~1 oz of syrup with soda water (and, if to your liking, add 1.5 oz of your favorite spirits) and stir. An autumn concoction mixing sweet and tart apples, ginger, and warm mulling spices. Best with bourbon or rum.
