These shrubs are a traditional blend of sugar, vinegar, and fruit to make sodas. Simply mix ~1 oz of syrup with soda water (and, if to your liking, add 1.5 oz of your favorite spirits) and stir. This shrub has a summery and lightly sweet flavor with a savory spice underneath. Best with tequila, vodka or gin.
