What you might not know is Epiphany roasts this malt using the same kind of roaster as coffee! With notes of dark coffee, lemon zest and chicory, youâ€™ll be wanting powdery begnets to pair with your pint.

Grown in North Carolina and malted down the street in Durham by Epiphany Craft Malt.
