Friday Night Lights Out (Black Saison Extract Kit)

Friday Night Lights Out is a fall version of the spring favorite, Saison. Dark candi sugar and midnight wheat help round out the classic pils base. Want more than just malt, hops and yeast? Add some raspberry puree for tartness and a hint of sweetness. The end result is a dark brown ale with garnet edges and pleasant fruit aroma and flavor. This is the perfect beer to kick back and watch some football! We recommend a double pitch of yeast or making a starter to fully ferment this recipe.
