Attach a hop straining bag to this hop spider (using a 4" tri-clamp, sold separately) and hang it over your kettle to keep your hops suspended in the middle of your boiling wort, while also keeping lots of the hop residue from ending up in your final product. Comes with a silicone coating on each of the spider's arms - a really neat product!
