Omega Yeast's Hornindal Kveik strain lends its characteristic tropical flavors and aromas, and the late addition Galaxy hops only add to the party. We tried this one in the shop, and the pineapple flavor was unmistakable. A very, very nice beer. This yeast ferments well at 90° F/32° C or higher. Non-phenolic and no fusels, even at higher temps.
