Made primarily with Epiphany's Munich malt, this is a traditional German-style amber lager - or, brew it with an ale yeast substitution to avoid having to control your fermentation temperature. Malty, yet still refreshing! This recipe uses W-34/70, a lager yeast. Fermentation temperatures should be as cool as possible to remain true to style.
