Maris Otter is a malted 2-row barley that is a delicious base malt to use in a variety of styles. It is most traditionally used in UK styles of beer (pale ales, porters, stouts, bitters, IPAs, Scottish ales), but it makes a great base malt for any style calling for 2-row. Expect beers made with Maris Otter to exhibit a rich, subtly nutty flavor. Malted by Thomas Fawcett.
