Munich In Tents is a pleasantly crisp and malty example of a classic Oktoberfest style, the perfect Fall beer! This delicious Festbier gets a little added toastiness from the Special Roast grain. This recipe uses W-34/70, a lager yeast. Fermentation temperatures should be as cool as possible to remain true to style.
