Aldona Udriene of Jovaru, the queen of Lithuanian farmhouse beer has partnered with Omega to bring this unique strain of yeast to you! Ms. Udriene, whose beers have won awards internationally, has been brewing beer in the same manner that her family has for centuries, consistently cultivating the same yeast strain. This is one of the key reasons that her farmhouse ale, or kaimiskasalus in Lithuanian, is so distinctive. All packs now contain 150 mL of yeast slurry to enhance the brewer's experience!
