Orange Peel, Sweet (1 oz)

Use this spice to create a wonderfully complex orange character in many different styles of beer. More common styles are Witbier, various Belgian ales & holiday spiced ales. 1/2 - 1 oz per 5 gallons is the recommended dosage rate at 15 min prior to the end of the boil.
