Potassium Metabisulfite (4 oz)

To prepare must or fruit before fermentation or adding to beer. Add 1/2tsp per 6 gallon of must and wait 24hrs before pitching yeast. To prepare wine for bottling, add 1/2 tsp per 6 gallon, along with potassium sorbate.
