Raleigh Brewing Company's recipe for House of Clay, a balanced rye IPA.
This hop-forward IPA is the brewery's tribute to the original buildings of Raleigh's own Shaw University, built with red clay bricks that students made by hand. Bravo, Cascade, Centennial and Falconer's Flight Hops are added at four stages. Rye malt brings a clean, slightly spicy finish, and five days of dry hopping add to the already aromatic nose.
All extract recipe kits come with steeping grain bags. Bottle caps and priming sugar are not included but are selectable on this product page.
