It's an experiment that went terribly right, like so many things in Raleigh (we're an uncommonly modest lot). If you don't like beers that are overly rich in bitterness or alcohol, this unconventional brew is for you. It's light in color and flavor, low in hop bitterness, and brewed with lager yeast and hints of cereal and toast to keep it interesting.
