We found an original recipe from 1962 for one of Ireland's most popular lagers, and have recreated it in this recipe. Featuring two different English 2 Row base malts in the all grain recipe, with a healthy dose of flaked corn and some continental hops, this is a full-flavored lager. And we don't mean to harp on it, but how cool is it to brew the same recipe they used over 50 years ago?
