Summit Pellet Hops (1 oz)

Originally created as a bittering hop, recently brewers have come to enjoy Summit's piney, fiercely grapefruit/tangerine character late in the boil. Don't use too much though! Grown in the USA.

Typical AAU: 15.9%
Possible Substitutions: Columbus, Apollo
Commonly used in American Ales, IPAs, Barleywines.
