A bold, dark beer with a smooth roasty character that is balanced by a generous addition of unfermentable lactose sugar. The result is a beer that starts with a lovely dark chocolate flavor and smooth mouthfeel, ending in a bittersweet finish.

Loved this brew. Nice body and stout flavor. First time using lactose and it turned out great. I did add about 10 oz of dark roast coffee to the keg. Awesome.
