ONLINE CLASS: Water Treatment
March 13th at 6 pm
Join Keith for an insightful online class on how water can impact beer as an ingredient. Learn how to gather information about tap water, make adjustments based on style, and much more. Zoom link coming soon.


Anniversary Party
March 16th at 12 pm

We're celebrating 11 years of being your go-to source of homebrewing equipment, ingredients, and expertise. Join us for a party complete with our favorite things: educational courses, free stuff, unconventional fermentation, and sharing beers! The schedule of activities is as follows.

Off-Flavors Course - 12 - 1 pm
Cat Pearce, Certified Cicerone® will kick things off with an Off-Flavors course. We will be tasting 6 different common off-flavors, discussing why they happen and how to detect them in beer. This course costs $20 per person and spots are limited.
This a 21+ activity ONLY. Please bring your ID.

Hot Sauce Fermentation Class - 1 - 2 pm
Join our resident pickle expert, Keith "Tex" Whitford—this time, we're pickling peppers for hot sauce! This class costs $15 per person and you will walk away with your creation, fermentation container, and pickling weight! All ages are welcome.

Mead Making Class - 2 - 3 pm
Marc Burris is back by popular demand! Are you interested in brewing mead but aren't sure where to start? Follow along with Marc as he makes mead on-site while walking you through all the steps. There will be a Q&A after the class. This class is FREE to attend.

Share with the Class! Bottle Share - 3 - 4 pm
Bring your homebrew to share and sample other homebrews! If you arrive before 3 pm, you can leave your bottle in the shop fridge while you enjoy the classes.

IN SHOP CLASS: Line Cleaning
April 21st at 12 pm
Learn about the importance of maintaining clean lines in a variety of settings, from bars and restaurants to home kegerators. Keith will provide step-by-step instructions for the line cleaning process, including the tools and materials needed, as well as tips for identifying common problems and avoiding contamination to help you keep your beer lines clean and your beer tasting great. This event is FREE to attend.
